I feel Blackpool should be better than it is. It suffers from being a seaside town. I liked it but it needs investment, not just for tourists. Parts of WSM were considered very deprived (not sure if that’s still the case).

I went the May Day weekend when Nicky Maynard scored in 1-1 draw and Blackpool went into the playoffs. Had a good weekend, we did spend most of the first day in a wine bar (that was in a square) away from the main drag. We got back to the B&B in a taxi, somehow ? I remember a lot of fans had bought tat from the seaside shops, windmills and massive plastic glasses. It was a fun atmosphere on the temporary seating down the side, the structure was certainly bouncing! Had the best cup of tea at a football ground, from the little van down one end - £1 in a polystyrene cup, magic.??

perhaps its a Trojan horse type thing?

What would be the benefit of MM holding on to the ground? Sell it to any new owner? redevelop it?

I think it was more of a defensive error than Cam’s. There seemed to be an age between losing the ball and them scoring, there were multiple crosses before the Preston guy scored. From comments on here I thought he had just got the ball directly and scored, it wasn’t like that at all.

Surely his performance will be affected by how the team is set up and players around him? I haven't subscribed to this opinion of him but there were times I felt his energy was misplaced or wasted, mainly because of who else was in the team, and how we were playing. I think Semenyo has given him a chance to shine.

Cam Pring’s volley was phenomenal. I just think he’s great.

The camera angles on Robins TV were abstract to say the least. Was making me dizzy trying to watch. Fair play to the camera person
