  1. I am sure if the situation was reversed in its entirety, we be loving every nuance of it.

Whilst we are both knocking the other for showing it, at least their is some passion around! Gutted its to you lot to be honest, but not heart broken the unbeaten run is gone. Was becoming like a cup game every league match as everyone wanted the scalp. Equally, a sense of injustice is never a bad thing, although keeping my powder dry if it is fair or not!

Couple out now. Be interesting how we cope. If you start getting to close, we can always buy your best player or two in January...

I genuinely think we may be in for one of them in January.
  2. I admit that post was a bit strong for me, sorry Jordan (and even then it's pretty weak)

Swindon will lose to Bristol City again one day and I'll be here discussing it, rationally, while your fans enjoy (to some degree) the moment.

If we win we will celebrate 3 points in the same manor we would celebrate 3 points against, Gillingham, Barnsley etc. if it was 3 points against Cardiff, Millwall or the Gas then we would over celebrate.
  3. I personally don't give a flying one if we won cos you had a man sent off or 5 men sent off.

We won and that's all that matters.

If things had been reversed you wouldn't have cared a jot either,do you can dress it up any way that makes you feel better about it, but the fact is you got beat.

    End of.

Now let's see if you can avoid doing a Preston - win 8 in a row then lose 3 in a row

we already did that by losing today!
  4. Of course, the start we've had has been beyond our wildest hopes.

But there has to be more to the JET situation than meets the eye. It almost seems personal. I can't think of another explanation for him not getting on the pitch when we're 1-0 down and about to lose our hard earned record.

I mean if he can't get on the pitch then, when can he? You've got to think he'll be looking for a new club shortly.

He seems happy though, which makes the situation all the more bizarre.

I think SC sees him and Freeman vying for one place, which given JET's versatility seems ludicrous. I'd sooner have Jet up top with Wilbs than Agard, not taking anything away from Agard but I feel JET offers more.

  5. At 0-0 playing for the draw was absolutely the right thing to do.

But I'm still scratching my head as to how JET stayed on the bench at 1-0 for 15 minutes. Why on earth bring Pack on at 1-0 down?

That was my point, and it's not the first time IMHO that he hasn't been utilised when needed. Yet, we're top of the league still, so we're doing something correctly, although I think Jet is under used.

  6. We were destined to lose at some point, if we we playing The Gas, Cardiff or another rival we would have lost, that's just us but still a cracking half to the season.

The biggest dissapointment for me is the sending off of our captain so early in the game and the way SC didn't utilise arguable the divisions most dangerous impact player when chasing a narrow lead, not for the first time this season I'm left baffled and dissapointment by the lack of faith shown in JET, however as I said above a cracking start to the season, now let's see how we bounce back without our captain.
