  1. First time I want to forward a ticket.

Does forwarding a ticket to an existing ST digital ticket holder work then?  I’m thinking they could scan in a friend and then scan themselves in, the alternative would seem to be the friend needing a bristol sport account that is linked?

How do both tickets then appear in the apple wallet on the single device?

The games where those (I assume) young lads went in A Block last season had (generally) a cracking atmosphere.  Shame this hasn’t continued.

I’m not too sure what happened, over-stewarding or getting the lads to sit maybe?  It was a good opportunity for the club to back it.  We moved but I guess some ppl didn’t want to, obviously their right.  It’s farcical really how the club went about finding a place for the original east end…s82 via atyeo is not exactly old east end is it.

Not only was Downsey awful again, the sound system in the south stand has definitely deteriated since last season.

    Same in the dolman.

Fortunately cant really hear downsy and most things now have subtitles on the screen.

I don’t know who has decided to turn the crap pre-match music up to eleven but please stop.  Seven nation army straining distorted through those speakers is painful.

Unfortunately for the club and ALL fans involved this is happening at this stage of the season, mid season.

Naturally fans who have been SEATED there for years want to continue to be there. They are there for a reason, like many of us they probably have got to know people around them, they like the view and it suits them.

Why should they (E34 ST holders) have to move mid season? That seems Dolman as he could predict there would be trouble, other fans either didn't know or took the chance. He was concerned as it was his first seat move and only had 2 more left, and then what should he do.

Yeah, I mean standing is one thing but it’s not 1 person 1 seat, at least not at the lower half of the upper E34, it was loads of kids just crammed in as much as they could so it makes it a bit trickier if you’re just an ST holder.

The checking of tickets down the bottom of E34 is pointless if ppl walk along from other stands.

As I said before the Eastend situation was always left open ended by the club, firstly shoved in Atyeo then S82, when I thought they were promised they’d be involved and get a home from the start. Can we rebuild the old east end ….

    Let's be honest here.

The reason people have moved to A block in the Dolman, is not to create an atmosphere in general.

They've moved there to be as near to the away fans as possible and to give it the big one, trade insults and do a lot of posturing. It's lads, lads, lads, get the stone Island badge in, Inbetweeners on steroids and coke.

It's got nothing to do with supporting the team and getting behind the lads.

This is a large part of what I saw.  Being near the away fans, singing the tractor song and trying to look hard to your mates shouting w——r.  I can’t see the rush to the bottom corner or the “limbs” thing going down too well to the club.

I’ve never really thought the original eastend was sorted out properly and found a home.  Idk how it resolves itself now.

The clubs concern rightly will be that existing A block season ticket holders were severely disrupted yesterday.

Being forced to stand to see the game.

Fans with no tickets in that block being in their seat.

So whilst these fans may act like superfans, they are anything but when you consider the impact they've had on their fellow fans.

If these fans wanted to do this, then do it with consultation and dialogue with the club. Not piss off your fellow fans.

As an ST in A it was a bit annoying to have to reclaim the seat.  As it was standing it ended up oversubscribed so there were 2 or 3 a seat.  We gave up in the end as couldn’t see much.

When we scored it was pretty chaotic with a lot of people rushing to the bottom corner and across seats.  I saw a couple of people getting crushed and some youngen with a bleeding nose.  People with young-ish kids ended up moving after that.

The one steward there was pretty much fighting against the tide and probably wondering if the job was worth all the hassle ?

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not against trying to create an atmosphere somewhere or even against standing but it will come into conflict with existing STs.
