    Hi Dave,

I don't expect you to look through them all but if you have any for any games against Scunthorpe (Or any other Lincolnshire team) I would be happy to take them off your hands

    Sorry  its all or nothing.

The entire Scottish (and Welsh and N Irish) leagues should be absorbed into the English League system. Which should then be renamed and rebranded to be the United Kingdom Football League.

The top level of each regional league should sit alongside the current National Leagues North and South, and then each of those five leagues - the English North and South, the Scottish, the Welsh, and the N Irish, get one team promoted into the National League each season. The lower leagues of Scotland, Wales and N Ireland continue to operate to feed teams into the National League.

At each step above this level I would increase promotion and relegation by 1.

Basically properly integrate it all into a single national League system. Then let Rangers, Celtic, Aberdeen, Hearts, TNS, Linfield and the rest find their place within the system.

Simultaneously the regional FAs become true regional FAs under the current English FA.

As ana side I'd also generally dispense with the 4 national sides and amalgamate a single UK side for all international competitions.

I am well aware that this will not happen.

Be great to pop up to Aberdeen for an evening match.!! Hard enough getting across Bristol some of the time!!

Sunderland may well be about to refresh their squad, but there's no guarantee that brings success. Football history is littered with teams that get promoted, renew their squad, and fail. Based on the information available today, I think they're one of the weaker teams.

As for us, I'm as certain as it is possible to be that we won't be relegated.

I reckon we will do ok!We have the makings of a good team and the manager will be much happier and hopefully so will the team!!

He was much better, came out & claimed several crosses well & made an excellent save very late on.

I’d have gone back to Bentley last night myself but he did his chances of staying in the side a lot of good.

well i hope Max is here to stay and take over the mantle of no 1 keeper. he just needs to have a bit more confidence and i think he will turn out to be a really good keeper

  5. Iwas lucky enough to see him play for quite a time and remember well his last game. my father in law  was always on about him. The day john retiredwas the day  the father in law also retired from watching the city. we will never see the likes of john agiain.Anybody who  is any good we always sell.

We're very lucky that in a time where we have absolutely no budget having already sold all our best talents and covid messing finances, that we have the best crop of players coming through as a group that I can remember in my 30 years as a City fan ?

I agree as long as we can keep hold of them, the future can be much brighter!

Had to laugh at the Arsenal fans today, the absolute rage at the ref after an almost identical set of circumstances in their game today.

The ref from that game will get absolutely hammered for his performance now and probably reprimanded, I doubt the same consequences will meet our friend from the other night

i thought that as well! my sister always used to follow arsenal so i follow them and it was almost a carbon copy!!!

Great opener as always, Hav. I too remember the Coventry match - it was the first one I took my son to see at Ashton Gate - what a start! Sadly he remains a Leeds fan (it's where he was born so I can't begrudge someone who follows their home side). Contarily to most on here, I've always had a soft spot for Wolves - must come from being a fan of Billy Wright when he was captain of England.

Fear a defeat but on balance going for a 2-2 draw

    COYR

2 all for me £5  at 12/1. Glad to lose if we win!!
