I think people are being very harsh on Vyner, he was good overall today I thought. 

I think today was a big test for Weimann and I don't think he did himself much good. Would much rather see Mehmeti starting now on the left, with Sykes on the right. I think Weimann has dropped off so so much since last season.

I also hope Conway pulls through, but he didn't look good today. I think a striker is top of the list surely for Jan?

Tommy Conway seems like a classic case of "just needs one to go in off his arse" at the moment. Feel bad for him

One interesting point that was made on the podcast is that Hogg lives in Ipswich and commutes to Oxford and that they feel that Bristol would be just too far to commute which it obviously is.

So there is a real possibility that Manning comes here without his long time friend and assistant. How that would work, I don't know. 

Ipswich to Oxford is like 2.5hrs? How does that work?! That sounds crazy

Love the LJ comparisons. This guy has much better pedigree, look at where he's been coaching and managing before managing us compared to LJ.

Also remember that no one has got us as high in the league as LJ since he left!
