I have emailed Rewards numerous times, no response, did try the shop email and they say they would forward on, again no response, even went into the shop they took my daughters phone number, still no response.... now starting to think this season the Rewards scheme is a figment of my imagination, although last season I was quite successful with what i managed to redeem. Perhaps it might be just worth abandoning the scheme as it has been very difficult to see so far how its rewarding. As with anything to do with City you live in hope but reality then hits home.

    These things take time..

    Bring back baggy goal nets.
