Much better than I expected. I'll be honest, I thought we'd be in a dog fight all season. At the beginning after 10 id of probably said we'd be in the bottom 5 so being 10th is great. So long as we don't drop like a stone like at the end of last season we should be alright. It's clear we need some quality up front though, the defence has been pretty sound and had we had someone more clinical up front we'd probably be in the play offs now.

Williams was always brought in to be the main man in the middle. Obviously it hasn't worked out how everyone wanted so its great to see him back now. Hopefully he can stay fit, basically a new signing so if him and James can make those 2 central positions there it will be the first time in about 3/4 years we have a reliable midfield. Would rather see Palmer play in front of them than Massengo. He's more likely to contribute with goals/assists. Nice to see we have healthy competition in the middle for once. It seems like the last 2 seasons we've had a lot of midfielders but none of them any good. Nige can hopefully get the best out of all of them.

We were right to think next season will be a better chance for us to challenge for promotion. Granted it will be from League 1… don’t want to be doom and gloom but I just can’t see this team staying up. It’s so bad ?

I'd imagine its played at Ashton gate. I'd like to think people are smart enough to stay away, playing at AG is the best possible venue we have for quality of the pitch, social distancing measures and dressing rooms etc, LJ believes in the fine margins so our home ground gives us that little edge, despite no fans being there.

Why add more strain to our pitch for the women? No offence but not enough people really cares about women's football. I may be wrong but when the new training ground is made aren't the women's home games being played there?

Get French Football News‏ @GFFN Breaking | Emiliano Sala travelled from Cardiff to Nantes with the same plane he left with. When he arrived in Nantes, he told team-mate Nicolas Pallois that the trip had been bumpy & he feared his safety for the journey back, according to @dphelippeau. I don't think this story will have a happy ending. Seems as though he was lucky to get back to France on the first flight.

Seen a few of those myself. People will do and say anything nowadays for likes regardless of what's happened.

The worrying thing is there is nothing coming from Sala himself. You also have to question who is making that sort of flight? It's not a normal route so you'd think he was on board at the time. Very sad stuff so praying everyone is found unharmed.

Hopefully this is true and who ever was on board is found safe.

I know it's not related to us in anyway but terrible news this morning about a missing plane from Nantes to Cardiff. It's not been confirmed who was on it yet but speculation growing it was Cardiff's new striker Sala.

Think we might see our 2nd defeat of the season today. A very tough game but I’m not sure if I’m remembering this correctly but when we lost 1-0 to them last season Johnson said something along the lines about “HIS team not being quite enough ready to take anything at these sort of grounds but in 12 months they will be” I’m sure someone can find the proper quote but it will be amazing to see if we can get something here today! Come on you reds!

He's quality and this would be a pretty big signing.... both in player and in fee. If the price is right Cotts, get him in! Have to say, if the rumours are correct I'm pretty impressed with who we're looking at so far.
