Mad that losing is the game that makes me think we've got this.

That touch from Naismith was so good.

Norwich radio just said it's the biggest working over their defence has had this season.

This is going to be five or six. They are capable of ripping us apart at will.
If it's five it'll be because we've made five mistakes. We should be equal or ahead but we do far too many brainfarts.

“I just see something in Semenyo, the way he strikes the ball off both feet, the power he generates with little backlift... I don't think finishing is going to be a problem for him.”
Posted this in December 2020. Still don’t think finishing is going to be a problem for him.
On the replay it looked like there was a little bit of backlift but in the moment the shot came out of nowhere. What a player.

Semenyo emasculated a defender and goalkeeper and it wasn't even his best ever goal.
It probably wasn't - but god it was good. I said last year that if we keep Scott and Semenyo we could get close. It might be happening.

God, Erling Haaland is a freak. Sorry not relevant but what a player he is. COYR
Yep. Calmly as Vyner is playing so far today, I must admit I'm worried about him matching-up with Haaland next year.

Anyone got a stream, for those of us stuck at home with the kids?

Bristol gets the leadership it deserves, as that’s what it votes for.
Im surprised that for what is a city full of talented, intelligent and politically people, no one’s has thought to start up an independent party locally to try and take control of the council.
In a way that's what happened with red trousers as our first Mayor. Not perfect but seemed to get more done than when Marvin and his crew of nodding dogs took over.

Gee: "City have lost £412,000 a week, every week, for the last 10 years from day-to-day trading, Maguire found. Overall, in the latest annual finances, City's revenue was down 39 per cent to £16.7m but wages had increased six per cent to £35.3m. Day-to-day losses increased by a quarter to £44m, with owner investment up to £214m."

Very disappointed by the result. We deserved at least a point. However, lots of positives.
The sort of energetic performance lots of us have been looking for.
5 academy products in the first 11.
Another excellent display by Scott.
Vyner and Kalas looked a good pairing
4-3-3 gave us good shape going both ways.
Semenyo looked a handful again.
Another encouraging performance by O’Dowda
If this is the blueprint going forward with us gradually improving the squad then I’m happy with that.
This is it. We have until recently been surviving with a weirdly cobbled together 11, with no sense of plan or structure. We now have a young, dynamic team emerging - and playing pretty well. Give us 2 good signings to bring them along, and hope that Benarous is all we dream of, and we're looking good.

Disappointed by the result but pretty good performance. Really think we'll be playoff contenders within 2 seasons at most (if finances don't bring us down).

It was a pen. But ours was more so.

The cleanest penalty from the replay but prob difficult from where ref is. Got to be a few cards soon though.

Galiticos don't work...a team works.
Yes: on balance it's good that we didn't make a move for Ronaldo or Messi.

I'm fortunate to live about a five minute walk from the ground and know parking isn't great. And hasn't been helped by the council decisions e.g. extending the RPZs.
But I do wonder sometimes, why people think they can turn up to an event of 20,000(ish) people and park in the roads directly around the stadium at 2:30pm?
I live about 5 mins walk away, inside the RPZ zone. The RPZ sorted our parking out totally - it was terrible before and it's good now. Busy when there's a game on but that's fair enough and fine the rest of the week. I think the Bedminster side has been totally stuffed by the council refusing to extend the RPZ. One side of the North Street having restrictions and the other not is a disaster (for those with no restrictions).

Heard on the radio this morning that he's double jabbed. Plenty aren't.

First time watching the women's at the HPC (watched 1 at AG last season). Really enjoyed it. Lots of skill, solid commitment and we looked fantastic. Should certainly have been more. We hit the bar, had 2 disallowed, saw 3 point blank saves and had an unbelievable goal-line clearance just before HT.
