Is Hasenhuttl still out of work?
He is. I was just looking at a list of out of work managers. As much as I would love it, I think it's unrealistic.

There is something special about goals that hit the underside of the bar and go in. Dunno why, but they always seem better to me.
Frank Lampard may not agree.

Could given the conflicting reports on Knight, it be a bit of a false flag. A leak of a bid for Knight or a case of that fed to one set of potential suspects and in the Derby paper about no bid yet- this would help to narrow down a potential leaker. One of them true, one of them false.

According to the article, Quantuma are funding the administration by getting advances from MSD. MSD are securing these advances against the stadium. This implies to me that the stadium would have to be sold or receive guaranteed rent for MSD to get any of this back. The only party that would have any interest in Pride Park as a stadium would be Derby County and nobody is going to pay the "market value" for Pride Park to buy Derby County. Is it just me thinking if this was any normal business, Derby would've been shut down ages ago. My head hurts.

But the land was left for an open space , for use by the people of Bath and surrounds , not ‘to the’ council , the council are the trustees to ensure those wishes are kept, not for a large proportion of it to be handed to the rugby Club to build a ground
If Bath move away from the Rec, and build a ground elsewhere, I can assure you the land won't be left as an open space.

The Recreation Ground is owned by a Trust
In a 2002 Court Case The High Court determined that the Rec was held on charitable trusts and the council, as sole Trustee, was charged with maintaining the Rec as an "open space" and "as a recreational facility available for the benefit of the public at large."[8] The terms of the trust specify the Rec should be used for "games and sports of all kinds, tournaments, fetes, shows, exhibitions, displays, amusements, entertainments, or other activities of a like character" and there be no "undue preference to or in favour of any particular game or sport"
That may be. The council, like Bristol council with our plans, have tried to accommodate this. It's the local opposition that has prevented it, like they prevent most things happening. It was found that one of the objectors had a right to benefit from the covenant but wasn't revealed who this was. It wasn't the council as they didn't object.

Which begs the question, what is the point? They’ve wasted so many years and so much money on redeveloping the Rec to end up with a small stadium with no room to expand just seems shortsighted.
Because Bath is even worse than Bristol for allowing any development that the majority want. If it was student accommodation or retirement flats it would already have been built.

Pring and Janneh's debuts according to RB. Is it really? I swear I've seen both in a City shirt. Janneh played in the league for us last season didn't he?

At last the real reason Wael bought rovers. Next year the gap can get a student loan, and you don't have to pay it back until your earning £24,500 a year. Free money.
