Frustrating defeat again but i noticed as soon as we went 2 down we started moving forward with purpose. Bryan looked completely out of place today and was chasing the ball often. Cant fault the second half effort the players gave but again too late in the game to start competing. We had enough chances but we look scared to shoot at times. We caused them enough trouble, especially going two up top with wilbs who i though was a great impact sub. If tammy had his shooting boots we would have got something from the game but he fluffed two really good opportunities. Reading are third so not a bad second half performance (despite being end to end in spells) would love to have that McCleary in our team he ripped through our defence on several occasions. Lastly.........who was the ****** in the shorts?

Big difference in a league 1 and 2 playoff final compared to championship play off final. Lets face it without a revamped stadium or brand new one they wont attract the players to progress to the championship.

The story regarding meeting gas fans reminded me of when i was 7 or 8 in little stoke social club i think it was with me old man and my cousin. We were playing pool when a geezer and his boy came over to put a quid down for the next game. Turns out they were gas fans and when they realised that we me and my cousin were city i had the old geezer saying why you supporting that load of shit bristol city are rubbish blah blah blah. I was only a wee lad and it made me feel uncomfortable so i stopped playing pool. At what point do grown ******* men act aggressive to a young boy because of the team he supports. Agreed and LJ has time to sort it out. We have made a lot of new changes and no doubt we will see a couple of more additions in the next window. Cant expect it to work every match and you could argue fielding has kept us in a few games but then isnt that what a keepers meant to do?
