Great post and having been around from the mid-late 70's I can relate to everything you have described. Sadly all clubs seem to have them and we're no different and they seem to make themselves known more on the away days.

We've sold out our 3500 allocation for Wallsall in a months time and even if we miss out on the play offs it's been a fantastic season for us considering we alomost went bust last summer.
I've read quite a lot over the last year or so and more recently this was deemed as good news for gasheads but it's not 100% correct as he's expected back before the end of the season.
