Cost of the land is a MASSIVE factor. And also part of the reason I struggle to watch Four In A Bed on Channel 4.
Yes, you can charge £25 for a night in your B&B in Blackpool because the building cost you a pigeon, 2 loaves of Hovis and a greyhound. But why moan about the fella offering a night in London for asking £125 for a similar experience when his guest house cost 2mil+
Oddly specific
I can think of hundreds of reasons not to watch Four in a Bed on Channel 4. Cost of the land is way down the list tbf

Can't imagine many away fans dream is to see the Memorial Ground.

Been there twice with Rovers, only friendlies, but you never know, could be a league game one day!
Or a non-league game, more likely.

I'll be in town this afternoon. It's tempting to drive slowly down London Road about 4.45 wearing my City shirt!

Looks like the new commercial director only got the job because he is as obsessed about the gap as all the other sad f*ckers over there ...
Bristol Rovers' new commercial director on the rivalry with Bristol City
'We will look try close that gap a little bit.'
"So I’m really looking forward to hopefully meeting them on the pitch, off the pitch and there’s no reason why we can’t meet with them directly – we will look to try close that gap a little bit.”
The state of his eyebrows...
