Any thoughts on why the Olympic committee would award the winter games to somewhere that rarely has any snow?

For last minute drama, Mansfield. Those that left when we were 4 - 2 down!

They keeping reporting that cyclists should ride in the middle of the road! Do they mean the middle of the lane? Our local council started painting lines down the centre of each pavement therefore creating cycle paths. After a while they just said that any pavement/footpath was available for cyclists to use. Heaven help any pedestrian who doesn't look over their shoulder before moving across to the kerbside!

They say that it's a minimum of extra minutes but like everything else it seems to be down to the interpretation of the ref. Sometimes the minute hand has barely reached the 12 and the ref blows his whistle, another time for no apparent reason he will carry on for another 6 or 7 minutes. I know that it evens up over the season but it doesn't make it any easier to understand.

Players dive all the time. Is it a case with refs that some players have been awarded so many pens that the next incident must be a penalty too?

I know what we say about these penalty claims but other teams get them and the number of times we hear "he dangled a leg there or he felt a touch so he went down!" Surely all these claims have to count or none of them. I know we want honest claims but it doesn't bother other teams.

How come every other club gets a ref who favours the home team apart from city? ?

Weren't the Maxwell's penniless in their own names - especially where legal aid was required!

What galls me is the millionaires who pay their accountants far more than the average person earns to enable them to pay as little tax as possible. It's amazing how many loop holes are left in the tax laws for said persons to exploit!
