It was. HSE flagged it up but insufficient corrective action taken.

I remember many years ago (50 ish), going to the City game v Millwall at the Gate via WEMS coach from Burnham-on-Sea. After the game, we were on the coach parked behind the East End. A Millwall coach was parked beside ours. One genius Millwall fan was about to sling a brick at our coach when he was stopped by his mate pointing out to him that as he was already on board their coach, the brick would have to break their window first……

For me, at or very near the top. One of the very best keepers to play for City.
