So just move from the upper to the lower every game and just hope there’s 4 spare seats and no nosey stewards? Probably not the best idea

I sit in the lower lansdown and believe me the tickets haven't been checked once this season, infact I'm struggling to remember the last time they were.

We often have people migrating over from other stands particularly at/after half time and it causes no end of arguments between ST holders and those that choose to sit there particularly during the more packed games

I had this message, I had unwittingly entered the code twice.

Need to clear your basket completely and start again

There wasn't a way to remove the extra voucher

I got there in the end

The sensible option would have been to have a drop down option for "adults mates rates" and then prompt for the code

    Hope this can help someone

    1. Select your seats

    2. Select "adult" (not the default adult member)

    3. Allocate different names against each ticket

    4. Scroll down to the voucher box and enter the mates code

    5. The original ticket price now updates to £12.50

    6. Proceed to payment

    Thank you.

We'll try that again today ?

I just changed the match ticket option to adult (non member) on all tickets added to the basket. Add the code and it changed to 12.50. Make sure the ticket selection isn’t on Adult Member. Just adult - see if you get any joy with that.

Does anyone have any information on the old plans for a previous new stadium in Hengrove? A friend mentioned it to me and it wasn't something I could remember ever being discussed.

Seen this after a quick Google search

I think this has been brought up before  but has the club shop emptied stock as if you go on the app and click shop there’s next to nothing available

surely through summer they should be stocked up with shorts / T-shirt’s beach towels / sun hats - last years kit in all sizes and new kit when released  there seems to be very little care for the fans needs , come on city get your act together

I went in there today to pick up my order to use my rewards up.

Was actually surprised to see a selection of warm winter hats in this weather, but probably just a way of getting rid for new lines.. though probably won't see a warm wooly hat again though until next summer...

Wallets, mugs, stationery, rucksacks, general bits like that I noticed can't say I paid attention to any clothing in there.

This is where I bash the Commercial Department again ( I wish the Lansdown's would read this and take note ).
The whole commercial side is not fit for purpose . Yeah we've had some nice kits, but stock can be sketchy, they don't get it in early so people can buy for the summer, the stock in the shop is poor, nothing about it says we want to make money.
The kit should be ready for the end of the season, last home game would be ideal. Get the whole summer to sell shirts, people could get them for holiday and the start of the season. Before now they've arrived into the season, they miss out on selling so many shirts through poor organisation.

    Exactly this!

I'm down cornwall on holiday in 2 weeks time I want to walk around in the new city shirt.. perhaps hang a new City towel on the balcony of the caravan with pride... especially if I spot someone from the other side of Bristol there ?

    Yet nope nothing.. ?

These are bought as they are cheap and also as you mentioned near the atmosphere so very popular And near impossible to get.

I now think we will win the playoffs.

Getting promoted to the Premier League via a glorious victory at Wembley with NONE OF US there to witness ANY of it, feels like a very ‘Bristol City’ thing to do ?

Then we can all wear our

    'Bristol city 2019/20 championship play off winners - I wasn't there'  t-shirts

    ?
