It's very difficult to just tread water, in this division. To just pootle along. Who manages this? So success is getting promoted and arriving back in this division as one of the minted, PP clubs. Not when, if you finish 17th, you're best player is off. Every time. So, again: success means going up, and to have any chance of that, 6th is a minimum (even though it's a ridiculous "ask."
