Fantastic effort from everyone here. Over £20k raised in days.

Why is everyone on here always so angry with life and looking to moan. Can’t you just wish the guy a happy birthday and leave it at that?
Happy Birthday Lewis!

You can transfer your ticket without restriction and it's easy to do. You need to add the person you transfer too, under linked friends / family in your Bristol Sport account and they will need one too obviously to be able to add them. Then go find the ticket for the match you want to transfer (in the tickets menu) and follow the simple step process. I have done this a number of times already when people have been unable to attend.

Mine is still on the Plymouth game, so glad to know it’s not just me.

Something that size wise fits the average fan, where you can be confident to receive an online order to a t-shirt size you normally have in your drawer and not think I'm a fat bastard

Question : How did you manage to link the friends account to yours?
Im looking at mine and I can only forward my ticket to my child as she’s the only other person under my account.
I assume you have to somehow link your friends account to yours. How is this done please.Hi, you need their bristol sport account number, name and postcode. There’s an add option where you can see your existing friends/family and you need this information for anyone you wish to add to the list. Once added, you will be able to transfer tickets to them.

Have to say my experience of digital ticketing so far has been excellent. Can’t make the game Saturday so friend created a Bristol Sport account, I transferred the ticket to them no problem and my ticket in my wallet has automatically updated to the next upcoming home game. Really easy.

Can’t understand a booking fee for an online transaction with a print at home ticket. What exactly is the cost to the club they are trying to cover? Charge is per ticket too not per transaction.

Scan it. From the FAQs:
The scanners at the concession stands within the concourse of Ashton Gate Stadium are compatible with Digital Season Tickets. Simply select the relevant Season Ticket from your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and scan it during the transaction to obtain your 10% discount.
Couldn’t be easier really!

Had my email come through with my ticket yesterday, but also have 2 kids season tickets as well which haven't came through as of yet, problem is I can't remember for the life of me if when I set up their Supporter ID's years ago if they had to have their own email address or whether I had to use mine.
I had renewed 4 tickets but only three of us had email addresses logged against our supporter ID, I phoned BCFC today and gave the missing email over the phone and the additional email to download the 4th ticket arrived a couple on minutes later.

Thanks for the information

Anyone not received the email today? I renewed tickets for myself, my wife and two sons. Three of us have received the email but my wife hasn’t, which feels a little odd. Thanks in anticipation of feedback.
