Unfortunately my favourite old haunt, The Pennycomequick is long closed  but i gather the JSV is still there..will be looking to pop there when I hop off the train 

In regards to the parking around the gate, I remember the good ol' days parking on the scrub land in front of the bus depot!

Same here. I was there during the amazing seasons they had at the beginning of the 2000's..it was mental! Looking forward to going back down there next season

I went to that Blackpool game...we left when we went 5-0 down, missed Thorpe's goal. The best thing about that day was having two Harry Ramsden's, one by the tower, the other at the Birmingham services on the way back!
