People seem to be having a problem switching seats due to the £1.25 fee not processing. Does anyone have a solution?

Or the few thousand outside lying in the gutter.
They are watching from the pavements. Don’t tell them that having a ticket means that they can go into the stadium.

I disagree with this post! We’ve given relegation a right good go on several occasions, only to be pipped at the post.

The one upside to all this is that we didn't sign that Brazilian wizard Ronald before Swansea. He can't take a short corner of even a throw in. How did he ever become a professional footballer ?
Hey! Lads! We’ve signed Ronald….oh!

The club got away with it today, in my opinion. When there are two blocks of the Atyeo empty, why on earth are their fans allowed to fill the blocks towards E34 in the Dolman. Fortunately, they were drowsy because of the lack of anything interesting. Had Swansea equalised in the last moments I’m not sure that a few ineffective stewards would’ve coped.

Cornick has deserved a start
Hope to see him do well today
I hope that you are right. He does put the effort in, but if he is in contention next Year, then we are not moving in the right direction.

In case anyone decides to go last minute, I have an adult ticket going for free. Collection from Yatton.

Does this bring back memories of Christmas/birthday wish lists?
As I remember it was a bit too bouncy on Oldbury Court school playground, , but stung like mad if it caught your thigh ( we all wore short trousers in those days!) on a cold day.
Also remember trying to mend with a hot knife to weld the plastic together after a puncture on the rose bushes around the play ground.
Great post Downend. More than anything I remember the square cardboard box and the smell of the new plastic. I too was kicking these around Oldbury Court playground. I left OC in 1976.

I was and remain a huge fan of NP, but I haven’t heard the Gate like that in Years, admittedly only the second half. He is doing something right.

I know that the tribute was overtaken by the emotion of the second half. However I hope that the best atmosphere in a half of football at the Gate in ages was a suitable nod to your Fathers. I’d like to think that they cheered us on to victory.

NP kept us in the Championship when we were a basket case of a club, mostly with youngsters, for 2seasons. We are still punching way above……. he has to stay, or fans will walk away, I know that I will.

I think that Mr Lansdown has put the club in a great position to strengthen and progress as we go forward. Just look at how many basket cases of clubs there are, we are not among them. Hopefully the academy will continue to produce our future stars and we will become a top Championship club. I’m not sure that I want to see City as a Premier club until we are at a stage where we could go up and stay up.

Yeah maybe. Although I got the Man City lanyard and a bouncing ball through points (not chance) and the kids were over the moon about that.
I see some people have had less positive experiences but... people appear to be complaining about being given free stuff.
I agree that for parents with young children the gifts would be appealing, but for retired adults there is nothing that rewards my loyalty.

I won a stadium tour before the West Brom match. It was for me plus one, Jerry let me take both kids, which was handy because if I had to take only one then world war 3 would have erupted.
It was a fantastic day. Full tour, went to the dressing room, saw Nigel, walked out through the tunnel, TV studio gearing up. Kids said it was "best day ever".
We also bumped into Geoff Merrick after and had a great chat.
That sounds like a great day. My argument is that you shouldn’t reward loyalty with a chance. They should appreciate the loyalty and money spent by regular fans with tangible rewards.

The club reward us for our dough and loyalty by letting us wonder who has won something, knowing that the odds are slim for ourselves. I’m rewarding the club by considering spending money in the shop and bars, but eventually deciding to take my money elsewhere.

Having sent them a copy of their post at halftime, stating that they knew that multiple people were experiencing problems. I asked if they were lying, or just stupid, as they were now saying that there were no problems. I have received a £10 refund, but no apology.
I am voting with my cash, I am a season ticket holder, but won’t be spending another penny in the stadium, I’ll continue to look forward to the “tempting” rewards scheme, but think that I can just about avoid it’s fantastic allure.

I have now sent them a photo of a message that they put on Twitter on Saturday stating that they were aware that people were having problems with the stream. Do they think that we’re stupid.

We shall keep trying.

I was on holiday in Crete and paid the £10 for the match. I had the same problems as everyone else. I have since complained to Bristol City TV support, who have told me that nobody else has complained, so jog on. Has anybody else complained to them?

It’s great to have a squad, any of whom I am happy to start matches. Zak’s form has been a great surprise, but Cam Pring is fast becoming one of my favourite players, I should imagine that opposing wingers must find themselves having a much harder time than they would have had over the last few seasons, when Managers saw us as a light touch.

I was convinced as soon as he kept last season’s team in the Championship. We were a basket case of a club, with promising but naive youngsters and some old hands. We were odds on for relegation, but he kept us up and now we are reaping the rewards. Brilliant manager!

Warnock was outspoken when people criticised his club,he didn’t throw everyone under the bus like Jones did although he’s tried to backtrack from that while making himself look even more stupid
I agree, let’s be thankful that we have NP and not either of the those two.

Season Ticket Renewal!
in Football Chat

I was ahead of the game. I rang the club a month ago and was told that I had to call Supporter services at 10am today to move my seat. I spent an hour on the phone queuing, having hit the call button. I was 20th in the queue. Eventually a very nice lady answered and I soon found out that it was a difficult process, due to me having paid by direct debit. She completed the process and told me that it would have been easier to do it online. I said that I was doing what I had been told and she said that it wasn’t communicated very well by the club! My mate is trying to move seats online and it won’t accept the £1.25 fee. It appears that neither of us was ahead of the game!
Whereas Tottenham fans say that their club is so “Spursy”, what would be the correct term for our fabulous club and its processes? I can’t think of a description that would get past the administrators.
