Gone down too - 0.0972 (9.72%) to 0.0829 (8.3%)….but not as much, ie trending worse overall.  I think that comes to a head at some point, hence my stance above.

But, just to be clear, my stance isn’t based on numbers, they just support my stance.  I’m really frustrated watching us play in a manner set up my the head-coach.  I think it’s stifling the players (in the main) rather than the players not being able to play it per se.

FWIW I can see why they might’ve approached LM, just not for the reasons they gave.

If you can’t see a direction of travel in 22 games, then don’t ever go into analysis as a career.  That might be up, down, level, ups and downs, but it’s more than enough games to know.  Just because it doesn’t suit your narrative, doesn’t make it impossible to rationalise a decision.  The decision could be “stick with him and give him money”, it’s still a decision.  You are making a decision yourself after this point, that we should keep him.
