Shame they don't do it at the gate, would make the toilet cubicles a lot less busy at half time
I'm guessing we have the same dogs at the away end entrance though?

So, it appears that half of us think that we won't get close to selling out our allocation, and the other half seem to think that there's nowhere near enough tickets and they'll not even make general sale.
Hands up, I thought we'd shift a load more than we have today, pretty poor effort so far.
-
How many are left lads? i've been to 5 aways but frustratingly not all the tickets were allocated to my name, so waiting until 2pm.

Pretty sure that we won’t take anymore than 1500/1800 anyway
Reckon this will sell out today easily.

Yes, the culture has been well set, just like we dug in against Rotherham a little while back.
Yep, it’s an honest set of players, just lacking a bit in the final third. We aren’t far off being a pretty decent side imo.

Cotts last ever win as a City manager was a 2-1 win there in a gale, too, so it’s bollocks to claim that.
Okay, I’ll re-phrase then. In the past few decades, City would often go up north in grim conditions and get rolled over, today I thought the lads showed real guts, if not cutting edge.
-
Disappointing not to win the game, thought Vyner & Dickie put in commanding shifts, and the commitment from all of the lads in the middle of midfield was outstanding. The obvious lack of cutting edge has cost us the win, but lets not forget City of old would go to Yorkshire in those conditions and get beaten up every time. Hard earned point, on we go. COYR

Come on lads, lets get these last 100 sold! QPR is always a decent away trip, loads of pubs, tight old fashioned ground, and first game for the new lad in charge. COYR

Ipswich fan here...
Manning is a very impressive coach with quite a similar background to McKenna. He has spent years learning his craft, specialising as a coach after retiring from football young. He started coaching at Ipswich in his 20's and was very highly thought of before going to West Ham where he did an excellent job. He was then poached by and progressed through the ranks with the 'City Group' who don't just take any mug! His MK Dons side were fantastic (we played them a couple of times in L1) and they were extremely unfortunate not to get promoted with 89 points. If he hadn't lost everyone half decent from that side, he would have challenged again last year (thankfully for us he did and they didn't!). It is no surprise to me he has got Oxford playing great football and competing at the top of the league this year.
If McKenna were to go tomorrow, I can guarantee he would be most Ipswich fans choice to take over. He shares the same footballing principles and also has a lot of the same personality qualities - very emotionally intelligent and players will love playing for him. His assistant (assuming he comes too) Chris Hogg is also a fantastic coach that was highly thought of here too and he ended up spending time at Newcastle as U23s coach.
Great to hear, sounds like we've got a good 'un! ... good luck to the lad. COYR.

Going by what you have stated above if I applied for the E60 tickets
in B1
C1 or D1 (two games on this day)
E1
F1
THEN
B1 or C1 two games on this day
D1
E1 or F1 two games on this day
THEN
B1
C1 or D1 two games on this day
E1 or F1 two games on this day
That's ten games at E60 each making a grand total of E600
I would have a good chance of getting England tickets
England can literally be in any group, in any position, except for Group A. (assuming we beat Macedonia & Malta).
So by applying for the games you mention, of course you will have a chance of one of them being England, but the odds are still against you.

Presumably, as Germany are A1, the top seeds in each of the other groups will be B1, C1 and so on.
If you believe that England (or whichever nation you support) will be a top seed, you could thus apply only for the group games featuring those teams and not, for instance, for games like A2 vs A3 or E3 vs E4.
For the first time this tournament, there is a draw for which group a team is in, then a second draw for which position in that group, so providing England win their last two qualifiers, the only thing we know for certain is that they won’t be in group A, but could be in any other group, in any position.

Those Going via Train
Buy a ticket to Ealing Broadway, significantly cheaper and allows you to get off at Paddington.
Bugger, wish I'd have seen this yesterday.

Where's this news of Sykes being injured come from? not been a press conference has there? would be a real blow to lose him, a real opportunity for him tomorrow on the counter like at Swansea.

Around 1500 sold so far.

Bloody hell, where did you see that ?
I thought it might be popular, but that's quite impressive.
Thought we went a bit early, got the train tickets yesterday and the match tickets first thing this morning, glad we did now.
I was on there at 09.58 this morning, and the number available was 3250 ish, it's now showing at around a thousand left, so should mean we've shifted 2300 already.
This one was always going to be popular, been a long time since we've played up there isn't it. Let's hope it's a cracker!

Looks like we've shifted best part of 2k in the first hour.

I can't remember the last away game I went to where there weren't loads of sniffer dogs at the entrance (West Ham, Leeds, Leicester, Forest, QPR)
