  1. All of this situation is awful, but i agree with others on here. Cardiff bought out his contract, i cant see any way that they are not responsible for the fee agreed, albeit add ons for goals etc wont obviously apply.

whether they have insurance to pay for it/ will take legal action against the plane owners to recover losses is another matter

  2. Have to say that with the clarity of the photo of the plane number and the fact that they have identified a body, its probably likely that they can identify which of the 2 passengers it is, especially if that person is or isnt in the pilots seat. I suspect that there are 2 passengers identified, but they cant say that to the public because obviously they need to go via families first.

i really hope 2 bodies can be recovered to allow proper burials to take place

If Cardiff make a claim and it is declined due to the nature of travel arrangements, then as the plane was arranged by the player's agent, I presume Cardiff will sue the agent for negligence.

Unless it can be proven that the agent knew the plane wasnt air worthy i cant see how the agent can be responsible? On the other hand, if it can be proven that the plane failed some kind of air worthy test and shouldnt have been in the air, then whoever is responsible for that is going to be facing a significant legal issue

Didn't some commercial guy at Rovers state in the summer that they and Spurs had put more into ground redevelopment than any other clubs, or did I dream that?

Either way, the Blue Few seem to have overcome their issues far more quickly...

No idea, but the bloke has got the personality of a sloth. It’s physically painful to listen to his boring Northern droll

Cant disagree but he has done a fantastic job for that lot. Losing him would send them down this season i reckon, so hopefully its announced later

    Because he has no money....

    Yeah that makes sense.

Surely a few 9000 gates will have financed it? Isnt that less than the capacity of our new stand?

Maybe they needed the money for the cost of vet bills after whacking police horses when they balls promotion up next week?

  7. Thought i would chime in. Al qadi came in when  the transfer window and loan window was opened and rovers challenging for promotion. Surely bringing in 1 or 2 championship or league 1 players on loan could have been affordable, and just 1 point extra could have made the difference, why didnt he bring soneone in? Jet on loan is one im thinking of, or even wes burns. If they dont go up, that will be a critical error.
