A good performance tonight against a top club in our league. Yes, we got lucky several times, not least with no pen for Flint's challenge against Jerome, but we matched them - especially 2nd half. 

As others have said, we now have a relatively easy run in to the end of the season and I am confident we will at least make the play offs with an outside chance of getting the Automatic 2nd slot.

All, our team were great tonight but for me, once again, Bobby Reid was immense. He never gives up and (along with Pack IMO) is our most improved player this season.

Bring on Man City - we have noting to fear, although I am worried if Baker is not available as a result of an injury sustained tonight.

I don't believe everything you write Mr Havana, but it is always a great read. 

Meanwhile I hope you are right about us giving Preston a good thumping this afternoon. Yes we are due one, but on current form I can't see it happening just yet until we get a new striker.

Not at all. I could watch City dominating a game like tonight anytime.

We were superior in every part of the field - admittedly against a poor Posh side.

Very different to the excellent Sheff U last Saturday, who I think will win the play-offs easily (they won again tonight).

I echo the comments of other Virgin cable broadband users. It really does what is advertised. My son can be downloading a film in his room whilst I am on line and it makes no difference to performance on my PC.

Of course, not everyone has fibre optic cable running past their house.

I thought we were a bit shaky in defence at times, but a very well deserved win.

Korey Smith fully deserved MOM, another battling "never say die" midfield performance from him, but it is a measure of how much we have improved that Bryan, Ayling, or Flint could easily have been nominated.

I have to admit, I am just in from a night out and I have not read all this lengthy thread.

I agree with others on here that I don't want to see Palace cease to exist but a spell in the lower leagues (including of course the horror of playing The Gas twice in one season) would not do them any harm so come on you OWLS !

Apart from anything else the Sheff Weds fans are much more welcome (and entertaining) at AG.

I believe we get the odd Gashead on here occasionally.

Perhaps one of them can tell us what Lennie Lawrence does all day over there.

You hardly ever see or hear him in the media.

Can't see Coppell being so shy if indeed that is his job description.
