Eh?
i know - as if we're gonna keep a clean sheet!
-
we've surrendered a lot of possession since the change, baldocks pass to moloney who woulda been clean through was beyond atrocious
-
was definitely off side but lucky he missed - 2md half has been better stuff
-
has taylor actually touched the ball? serious question
-
isolated signs of some decent stuff from Bryan and wagstaffe but not much else
-
jet getting stuck in defensively but nnothing but hoofball going forward
-
the hoofball era begins in 3...2..,.
-
be interesting to see if pemberton is as enamoured with the tactic of hoofing it to baldock as his former boss was
-
Always has been the case, and always will be.
not sure thats fair. looking at playoff finals etc proves there are at least 30k people willing to go to bcfc games
only 5k of them went last tuesday. the majority are voting with their feet

Disastrous decision. As the Germans say, they can carry on ohne mich...
aber was ist mit horace? geht er trotzdem hin?

very surprised by this. the league table is damning evidence its true, but i felt things were moving forward as everyone was on the same page
to be fair its a results based industry and you cant argue that his points return simply has not been sufficient
-
sod going for his patented early subs routine again then - get em on early while theres time to make a difference, eh
-
so are we playing 4-3-3 as claimed or is it a 4-5-1 as it usually is when city pretend to be going with 3 forwards?
-
not sure bucks - a win would take us out of relegation places, huge psychological impact and unbeaten run up to 3 - a win is on the cards here and expected

a match thread that begins with the teams - you, sir, i appluad

Hes right Esmond, it was a fluke season, the same team failed to repeat it the following season, and those players referred to have been part of Johnson's, Millen's & McInne's relegation campaigns. That first season was fantastic, but undoubtedly a fluke...
not sure you can say the same team / players failed to repeat it. johnson dramatically changed the tactics somewhere toward the end of that first season, and played much more narrow, direct football the following season and it was the beginning of the demise. the promotion and playoff season were based on somewhat more open play, and a heck of a lot of spirit

fair enough lads, i stand corrected and remain optimistic! i might have been tempted to play kelly centrally instead of one of the above, but in sean we trust!
orr starts against us for the second saturday running
-
i am optimistic, but jesus lord above - elliot and pearson in midfield is...not....strong...
-
this is sounding amazingly positive, havent heard the crowd like this in months and months
coming into this i felt a draw would be a great result, a win would be phenomenal and maybe even a clean sheet, all against one of the best teams in the country

Listening to SOD before the game. He speaks a lot of sense and does it in coherent English not manager-speak. Impressive
tremendous interview, very very intelligent guy indeed
-
probably 4-3-3 tonight
heaton
moloney carey fontaine cunningham
kelly skuse pearson
anderson baldock davies
dropping to 4 or 5 in midfield when they have posession, not sure it will be a straight 4-4-2
-
bbc transfer gossip says bobby zamora allegedly to us on loan. strange one...
-
rovers fluke themselves into a thoroughly undeserved 3-0 lead after an outrageous red card unjustly reduced rotherham to 10 men
