I believe my subscription was valid for 12 months from  27 Nov 2022 to 27 Nov 2023 so should still be valid and I should be due a refund for the matches which were unwatchable during this period.

 

Please can you explain why it has been terminated as usually I receive a renewal reminder and arrange the refunds which I have previously been informed were in hand

Thank god you are not the only one having trouble with amg…they cancelled our season pass in sept without telling us having taken 23/24 subs in Aug .Then took another subscription in Oct which was cancelled when we asked for a refund for the Stoke.Try talking to them is impossible .We missed 5 games before it was sorted with no apology or refund for games missed……………

You are lucky, sat in Dubai having paid twice for a subscription and not being allowed in  all because we requested a refund for the Stoke match !!!! Absolute debacle

You are lucky,my daughter was promised a refund for the Stoke match last week after twice contacting them. Only to find that rather than a refund the took another full seasons subscription from her CC. You could not make it up.

I replied after the match at 17:39 saying it was widespread issues not just me

Got a reply on 25/9 (16:42) saying they’d identified issue and would be refunding me.

Might be worth checking spam / junk folders for the auto reply, and then replying to that.  If not, try sending the email again, but copy in the first email so they can see you emailed them during the game.  They don’t acknowledge if you do it afterwards.

My daughter watches RTV in Dubai and was also unable to watch the match ,had problems with the Leics match but nothing as bad as Saturday which was unwatchable after the first 15 mins. 
Emailed RobinsTV for a refund but had no response.
