All those questioning the climate change lobby will be shot. The climate change zealots should practice what they preach and walk/swim to the Copenhagen conference so as to save on carbon emissions. No excuse whatsoever for the scummers not to walk - even if it is thousands of miles to walk and swim to Copenhagen for most of them.
CiderHider
Climate change is good. Winter is really cold here, but full blast heating and hourly hot baths is solution. I get bored with the weather anyways, So Bangladesh loses its beaches or we lose Holland, Siberia becomes new farm land! that 3 0c increase has exposed billions of acres of new farmland to grow shit on. 400 times the size of Bangladesh, everyone a winner! 'REOPEN THE GULAGS FOR THE BANGLADESHES AND DUTCH!!' Winter is - indeed - cold here but I prefer a sauna or steam room to warm up. The Earth's climate will change with us or without us - so why worry about climate change? During the 1970's we were encouraged to worry about the coming of an ice age; during the 1980's we were encouraged to worry about Nuclear War; now we are told to worry about climate change. I say - "why worry?" - what will be will be.

Mr Mosquito
Steady, flaxboring Red will pop up and lable you a "climate change denier" My cousin in the USA just e-mailed me the following: Isn't this wonderful (see below) - we help contribute funding to stop climate change (when we don't have the money unless we borrow it from China), and the President and others have not even mentioned Climategate at anytime! It truly is the real Inconvenient Truth!! News Alert 06:05 AM EDT Thursday, December 17, 2009 U.S. will contribute to a $100B fund to help developing countries cope with climate change COPENHAGEN -- Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton said Thursday that the United States would contribute to a $100 billion fund to help developing countries cope with climate change. Japan and the European Union have already committed to building such a fund by 2020, and it is considered a critical step in forging a global climate change pact in the U.N. - sponsored talks that conclude Friday. Clinton said U.S. contributions to the fund would be contingent on reaching a substantive political accord that would include "transparency" in tracking emissions cuts by major developing countries. Mr Mosquito
Indeed. Nut jobs that can't separate propaganda from oil companies from controlled scientific study. If the almost bankrupt USA will contribute to a $100 Billion fund to help developing countries cope with climate change, where will we get the money from to contribute? This country and many of us are near to being bankrupt as well. The USA will - apparently - borrow the money from China but we are already paying £ Billions to keep the banking Toffs in jobs and bonuses. Whoever wins the next election will have to levy massive taxes to pay for bank bail outs, the Afghan war and now for an international climate change levy. Well said, Gobster, it applies to the effectively bankrupt French, Germans, Dutch and Scandinavians too. NONE of us have any money, and who are the borrowers borrowing from anyway? Let the bloody Chinese pay for it. They are now the worlds largest polluter, and backer of some of the worlds least salubrious regimes: Sudan, Zimbabwe, Burma, preventer of action on Iran, N Korea, Climate Change... **** them, let China bleeding pay for it
