Ticket Hotline Confusing Arrangements

We've been allocated 33,817 tickets. Wonder why? Don't we get 50% of the stadium capacity?

I called the telephone number and I think non-season ticket holders like me can't get them until May 24th onwards (I think) via the hotline.

But I live in Liverpool and I need three tickets.

btw - if you go to bcfc.co.uk to look for the telephone number, you can't see it until you register.
