Percy Parrot Posted May 22, 2004 Posted May 22, 2004 to any people wondering about flags at the Mill Stad- the stadium is VERY flag friendly- whether top, bottom or middle tier there are places at the front to hang your flags and they WILL be visable to TV cameras etc. So dust off your old flags that you've had in the loft, buy some new ones- everyone to take one or two or 50- and let there not be a spare inch not covered by City flags.
TomBCFCUK Posted May 22, 2004 Posted May 22, 2004 well said i have to find a few of my flags to take.
Guest g_funk Posted May 22, 2004 Posted May 22, 2004 we got our huge 10' x 5' flag coming by friday so expect to see it hanging off of the upper tier behind the goal!
Guest lilciderhed Posted May 22, 2004 Posted May 22, 2004 Only flag I have is signed by the around 11-13 of last years team + Paul Cheesely. Should be buying a new one sometime this week though!
Guest bcfcsols Posted May 22, 2004 Posted May 22, 2004 I got two Eblgnad flags, one from the BCFC shop. I'm bringing them but I dont think ill hang them up from the tiers as they are just the usual ones that I expect all the daytrippers will bring along as a 'gift shop' momento. Cant have all the same flags in a row can we?
Guest lilciderhed Posted May 22, 2004 Posted May 22, 2004 Any flag will do, as long as its City or even a plain England flag will do. Hang it with pride.
Stylus Posted May 22, 2004 Posted May 22, 2004 Just paint 'BCFC' onto it...I'm going to go to Jbb and get a proper job

Cant have all the same flags in a row can we? of course we can! any Bristol City flag will do- even a red and white flag/bedsheet/whatever!!! as lilcidered said- St George's crosses are brilliant- red and white AND England!!
Percy Parrot Posted May 23, 2004 Author Posted May 23, 2004 was also wondering whether anyone has got any specially made banners? Probably too short notice, especially with companies being busy with Euro 2004 stuff- but anyone made a special one? "Division Two Play-Offs 2004- Winnners Section" perhaps?
Lita For Congo Posted May 23, 2004 Posted May 23, 2004 I Hung my flag off the middle tier last time and my mum rang me from home and said ti was visible on TV
Guest Red_Rat Posted May 23, 2004 Posted May 23, 2004 We're keep the red flag flying high. Cider reds untill we die. We're keep the red flag flying high, Flying high up in the sky, we're keep the red flag flying high.
