Guest Neo Posted May 24, 2004 Posted May 24, 2004 The boss of my company was trying to get tickets on-line this morning but getting nowhere fast. I tried on his behalf and got 2 good seats considering or have I? I got as far as entering the bank details and submitting and got the little dialogue box which said once you press this you are confirming transaction and tickets will be sent and deduction made from your credit card; you will get a confirmation on screen and an e-mail sent to you. BUT, when it was in the process of doing this (a good 3/4 minutes later), it got timed out; as yet no e-mail. Does anybody know if this should of worked?

You have taken to long.. So to be honest i doubt they have been confirmed - try again, and if i was u and the boss dont mind, try calling 0871 220 0260... Its a great way to get a morning off work!
Guest nickD Posted May 24, 2004 Posted May 24, 2004 I doubt it, cos it didn't send a hit back to the server acknowledging confirmation. The best you can do is a) call up the 24 hour helpline b) check with the credit company.

It's amazing what you can get done if your working for the M.D. I ended up in the server room on a machine not beothered by the gateway; flew through the process. What annoyed me is he bought cheaper seats which are far more superior than the ones I bought Saturday. Still, it can't do me any harm at pay review time. A couple of weeks before, i'll pop my head in "remember when you went to the Millennium? Great seats weren't they?"
