SimplyRed Posted May 24, 2004 Posted May 24, 2004 I bought some tickets online for my son this morning and they were showing as restricted view! Blocks U22,23 and 24 were all labelled the same (he wanted to be in the corner) Since there are no 'pillars' to block the view, I can only assume that from the upper tier, some seats cannot see the whole pitch. Can anyone throw any light on this? How much of the pitch is likely to be blocked out by the middle tier or the rake of the upper tier?
Guest nickD Posted May 24, 2004 Posted May 24, 2004 IMO there is not a bad seat in the house. Well, thats how its designed!! The angle of the seats mean that you wont be able to see a corner flag or something like that. Its not like the Williams, where regularly the pillar blocks my entire view to the goalmouth. :@
deadratinmycider Posted May 24, 2004 Posted May 24, 2004 Don't worry about it mate. You may have to stand or raise yourself a little to see the corner nearest you. I sat there for the LDV and it's not a problem.
SimplyRed Posted May 24, 2004 Author Posted May 24, 2004 Yes, that's what I thought. Nothing major. Still, it's not for me, it's for my 'lad' (he's 27!). He's tall enough, he'll just have to stand when we get a corner near him - or just wait until the ball floats in and gets buried in the back of the Seagull's net! (I'm in the 'posh' seats in the middle tier! )
