Finally got online and booked my ticket (I think/hope!)

I put in all my bank details, clicked the OK button in the grey box, it said something about I had booked my tickets when all of a sudden.....

...a new screen pops up saying I havnt booked my ticket within the 5 minute timeframe. But I'm sure I did and I got a confirmation screen to say so.

Did anyone else get this problem??

havnt got my email confirmation yet.....dont want to try again because I dont want to book lots of tickets by accident.

What shall I do (besides worry for the next 6 hours)

You should be given a reference number if the transaction completes. I was told on my first attempt that there was a problem with my seat allocations (e.g took longer than 5 minutes), I was then re-directed to the block seating options to start again..

If I didn't have a reference number I would assume that it didn't work..

The confirmation screen that you are directed to would look like:

Thank you for your order MR GRANGER

You have booked

3 x SEATS @ £34.50 each ....etc etc

at the botem you are given a reference number that you can use to track your tickets...

I had to go round the loop 3 times before I could get the tickets. Just keep trying, you will get to a confirmation page if it all works properly and eventually an email. Good luck!

I would call the SEE.com ticket hotline, the number is 0871 2200 260. I went on there to book tickets took three attempts and was speaking to someone in 5 mins. I then found out I had in fact booked some tickets online successfully (much to my suprise) and so there no reason why you couldn't call up and check.

Good luck
