Red Robin Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 Well even though us hardy soles who pay out our hundreds of pounds each year to watch city are struggling to get excited at Ashton gate at the moment. The cheap tickets did nothing to put extra bums on seats,Brighton had 2000 fans, yet the crowd was only 13500. Says it all, people are not interested in watching millens team. The board need to deal with this now. The club is stagnating, players and fans are not interested.
nickolas Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 Its because we r sh1t. Rotten to the core. No passion, no leaders on the pitch or in the boardroom, we r being ripped off wiv inflated prices for catering now too. Bcfc is dying and millen/sexton r hugely responsible.
Turbored Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 I sit in the Dolman and when i looked across to the Williams it was really empty. I havent seen so few people in there for years
Bris Red Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 Totally lost interest in it, did we lose? Dont even know and dont really care thats how bad its become.. O yh that 5 pound thing was a load of bollox anyway, you still hadto know a season ticket holder did you not? I dont know even one anymore!
Webzcas Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 On holiday in Crete currently and even if I was at home, would have stayed away. Fed up with the gutless performances served up week after week.
reddoc Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 Ironically , if it carries on like this there'll be no-one left to chant Millen out soon.

Pete, The clown has to go, for everybody's sake There are STs not going to games at present, That is scary,SL HAS to come out of his closet in Gurnsey and sort this mess out. It cannot carry on this way,the clubs is being dragged down by a clueless management team.

I took 6 under 13's today as the deal was on and have to say it was like all the game this season total dross. Millen has to go, and as for having Mr Owers running the under 21's well that really is a job for the boys. £5 a ticket, I was certain it would sell out today, the board must be shitting themselves. Dave Jones or Billy Davies please.
Mr Mosquito Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 Dave Jones or Billy Davies please. Out of your two names I'd go for Dave Jones. As for the £5 offer, I was told that anyone wanting to get in would be thoroughly interogated for all their personal details. I paid £375 for my season card this year - crap value so far with 2 losses and the one bore draw from 3 home games. Empty seats everywhere in the main home stands today so the £5 offer probably just made up the numbers of the season card holders that stayed away to watch more exciting dross like freshly applied paint drying or the grass growing in their gardens.

I wonder if the board have actually noticed the large away support for all of our games including Swindon in the Cup? Once we play Hull and Peterborough and the crowd barely gets above 12000 for both will they act then? City fans are voting with their feet in their droves. It is just the large away followings that are hiding the true state of the City malaise.
Red Robin Posted September 10, 2011 Author Posted September 10, 2011 Carry on the way it is, I think crowds of 10000 could be at the gate over the next few months.

Guest Ashton Kate Posted September 11, 2011 Posted September 11, 2011 I have followed City for 52 years and when I got home yesterday I was ready to post my season ticket back to the club. Something has to happen and happen PDQ or it will be too late. I am dreading going back to the crap grounds in League 1 and watch the crowds drop if that happens. PLEASE for the sake of all the fans that love the club as much as I do get MILLEN out!!!!!!!!
Red Robin Posted September 11, 2011 Author Posted September 11, 2011 Kate, SL must act,I'm sure he is aware of fans feelings,he does look on here. Sooner the better,it really is same old, same old week in,week out. Where else would KM get a job in the championship as manager?
