Nope. I actually quite respect the man, particularly after the nasty unfounded allegations about him that could have ruined his career. He seems to play the right way, but just can't see the board making this move quite yet. Millen still probably has a few games to turn things around. As far as we know the board might even keep him longer. We're tightening our belt and this will cost much more money (albeit, less than relegation would!). His recent record isn't that great considering he has probably had one of the best squads (if not, the best) for the last 2 seasons and still failed to achieve Cardiff's main goal of promotion. Certainly, if Millen can't change our fortunes around, then he could be one of a number of managers that we should consider. He's not exactly my dream candidate, but who else would want the job? Fair shout should CS and SL choose to make the change, but I would prefer someone else. Unfortunately, I don't think O'Neill will come here, but if I do win the Euro lottery (some feat, as I don't play it), I would pay his wages myself! :innocent06:

Personally, I feel Jones would be the stand out candidate should the job come up. He got a bit stale at Cardiff towards the end, but is a dignified, professional and tactically astute manager. I think City could be the right job for him to help develop our younger players, and manage some of the egos. Would be a solid, progressive appointment in my eyes.

However, it's still Millen's job to lose and I can't see the board pulling the trigger just yet.

I think you (or your mate) have nothing better to do this evening...

Well that would the drinking culture back,

Plus, he's known to be a big fan of cole skuse, which would no doubt upset some people

i think a few clubs will be getting rid of their managers in the next few weeks, reckon we could end up with sod or davies.

No thanks! He couldn't go all the way with Cardiff, what's he going to do with our sorry shambles!

Or Arsene Wenger? :whistle2:

I don't think he'll be at Arsenal much longer - but would he come here? If Arsene Wenger came here he'd be the biggest name managerial appointment in this club's entire history. We'd storm this division with him in charge here with quality attacking football. Dream on I suppose.

No, I reckon he'd get 3 points from his first ten games (all draws), we wouldn't be able to score at home, and then the forum would break into a huge divide with most calling for his head. He'd would obviously hear / see these comments, and leave the club, and forcing Sexstone to quit. This would be followed by David James becoming Manager with Carey as his assistant... :innocent06:

Got Cardiff very near with no money, give the academey players a chance at Cardiff, several now playing Prem, Bellamey last year Man C were paying the wages.

Did a great job at Southampton, until false paper crap?
