Forza Revolution Posted September 27, 2011 Posted September 27, 2011 As a season ticket holder I have decided not to attend tonight. I thought I would get the feeling/urge that I should go tonight upon finishing work tonight............ Nope not at all. Reason - Fed up with the lot of them and dont feel they deserve my time or money
notsobigfatdave Posted September 27, 2011 Posted September 27, 2011 Me too..... 90 minutes once a week of self inflicted misery is enough for me... Actually Im working and I cant spare the cash..

Forza Revolution Posted September 27, 2011 Author Posted September 27, 2011 They already have your money..... Yep. Wont be getting any more though (losing money on programmes, food, club shop etc which I usually spend). Biggest saving for me- petrol money One less supporter in the east end making allot of noise too. Cutting my losses. Anyway are you saying the club wont be the slightest bit worried if people donnt attend. (even if they had already bought an st)

Are they worried? Seems not..... I appreciate the new board haven't been in charge long but so far....I'm not remotely impressed
Keith_Lemon Posted September 27, 2011 Posted September 27, 2011 They will be worried come next year if nothing has changed. There be lucky to get 8000 season tickets!

BS3_RED Posted September 27, 2011 Posted September 27, 2011 I didnt go Sat and im staying at home tonight. City vs Reading or Bayern vs Man City.... Not a tough choice.
Guest MC Risk Posted September 27, 2011 Posted September 27, 2011 nope not alone mate, 4 season ticket holders in dolman block e sacked it off tonight, we cant be ****** until we see some sign of improvement....just not enjoyable anymore......and for those who say whatever the club have already got my money, totally not interested, they can have my money until this imocile goes i cudnt care less
Maltshoveller Posted September 27, 2011 Posted September 27, 2011 I stopped going after we got into the championship I had been a season ticket holder in the Dolman for 15 seasons Went to the open day and got talking to Sexton Told him i had not renewed yet as money was tight He said "Well if you dont renew, there are loads of fans who will have your ticket" Couldn believe what he had said and told him where he could stick my ST
Forza Revolution Posted September 27, 2011 Author Posted September 27, 2011 Funny how they are ST holders that don't go...Super Fans eh? Nope, just fans that see the rubbish more than most (every/every other week) therefore get fed up quicker than somebody who follows city on a forum
Guest MC Risk Posted September 27, 2011 Posted September 27, 2011 Funny how they are ST holders that don't go...Super Fans eh? never confessed i was a superfan, part season ticket holder at arsenal and despite their troubles at the moment the whole experience of going there is a million times better than city, so say what you want about superfans its all bollox to me, entertainment value at ashton gate for nearly a year now has been zero, wish i hadnt renewed, but as a fan i guess you always feel hopeful

NYTRAM Posted September 27, 2011 Posted September 27, 2011 Not many of us here, ironically my old man's 1st game in over a year.
Betelgeuse Posted September 27, 2011 Posted September 27, 2011 I'm one of three season ticket holders not going tonight. The reason? We're just fed up and won't enjoy it. Evening fixtures are a bit of a struggle due to work and tonight I just don't have the motivation to go. If City were a team of fighters and I could see the players and the club making the effort to improve then I'd be there but I don't feel that from anyone involved with City so why should I bother?
Guest cockneyrobin Posted September 27, 2011 Posted September 27, 2011 ha ha if true unbelievable, best thing about sexton is his daughter joanna, who i chirpsed on in school when he was a board member under davidson i believe, that girl was the hottest in school, apart from leah pheby who had the biggest tits ever +1

Guest MC Risk Posted September 27, 2011 Posted September 27, 2011 +1 Mate did you have a look at leah pheby, if so fair shout, i tried for months but she was always going out with the captain of the rugby team eddie richardson.....dont get me wrong sextones daughter was hot but pheby....well in the words of keith lemon, i would go through her like a train

Go follow man u if you want pure quality every week from what i see i am glad you dont go anymore So you aint in the slightest bit worried that sections of the EE actually started singing Millen out. this is a section of the ground that normally supports managers during the games. I've not heard anything like it in the almost thirty years of attending the games here.

Guest shire_redz Posted September 27, 2011 Posted September 27, 2011 Just tonight? I've stayed away pretty much since SL made the short-sighted decision to appoint the clueless one. Gates are only gonna go one way until we appoint a manager. I truly feel for Keef - not his fault he was offered the job.

I seem to remember the amount of abuse gary johnson got towards the end ...i also remember the poor football under Osman and Tiny Penis, i used to go in the east end in the good old days and i can remember the cold tuesday nights in the old second division getting turned over by Oldham in front of 5000 fans..... I also remember when we got rid of Ward and replaced him with Benny who took us down for another 5 ish years in the 2nd division. My point is we are playing good football in my eyes and we are only lacking in confidence i have seen this so many times over the years and it only takes a couple of wins and we will go on a run. If by January we are still struggling then maybe look at it then ..that my opinion

The current football is not great, although it does have moments, but theres way too much whoooosh ball, and thats killing us.
