Pederho ll Posted September 30, 2011 Posted September 30, 2011 WHAT, The Sack, no way, he's got UEFA Coaching Badges and everything. All the joking aside, l did hear his odds lengthened a bit, ever since Robbered officially distanced himself from his one time coaching hero. Shame, but a few more quid for the punters!
Bar BS3 Posted September 30, 2011 Posted September 30, 2011 If the payout is based on the NEXT manager to go, then (another) poor result for Forest could see McLaren gone before any announcement from us about KM.
Gillies Downs Leeds Posted September 30, 2011 Posted September 30, 2011 If the payout is based on the NEXT manager to go, then (another) poor result for Forest could see McLaren gone before any announcement from us about KM. The reason Millens price has shortened is because Forest have got rid of a couple of their acquistion committee, one of which was David Pleat. It is believed that MaClaren asked for this, and with the board appearing to back him by getting rid of them, then maybe his job is not as insecure as bookies originally thought, leading them to shorten the odds on the other struggling manager (i.e. KM)
Northern Red Posted September 30, 2011 Posted September 30, 2011 If the payout is based on the NEXT manager to go, then (another) poor result for Forest could see McLaren gone before any announcement from us about KM. I think McLaren's probably safe for now. David Pleat was sacked from his consultant role there this week, and the consensus is that McLaren issued an ultimatium of "He goes or I do", so Pleat going is a big show of support from the board for him. McLaren was milles ahead of KM in the betting after Forest got battered the other night, but after Sexstone's interview saying he and KM would be holding talks, the odds on Millen being next have plummeted.
slartibartfast Posted September 30, 2011 Posted September 30, 2011 Some of it mine! Hope a lot more of it was SL's !
Sargent Pepper Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 I asked in a couple of high street bookies with no luck yesterday, anyone know where we can put on a Millen to be sacked and new appointment double?
Sargent Pepper Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 They didn't have a Market for championship sackings. No point now
Guest AngelsBCFC Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 I don't think Colin Sexstone will be Sacked, I think he'll stay
