Clear Plan

We need a clear plan. No knee jerk appointment now. No fudged solution to a relegation battle. Where do we want to be in 5 years then 10 and pick the Manager to get us there. This kind of thinking is nearly always associated with successful clubs. Gary's 10 game ideology the closest we've seen here. I'd opt for Keane or Tisdale as both would fit a 5 year plan. Tisdale because he's proved that's what he's about. Keane because he's massively underachieved as a Manager and needs to put the record straight. Clearly Jones or Davies safer bets but they've had their chances in similar set ups. Keane should have but either ballsed it up or self destructed. McInnes? Not sure. Could be a crowd appeaser. Time for a clear shared vision !!

There in lies the problem, for every suggested candidate that is mentioned there will always be a mixed reaction. There will be arguments for and against all the contenders, based mainly on what other fans forums say.

So whoever gets the job there will be an element on this forum who think it is the wrong appointment, and predict doom and gloom.
