This club always look for the cheap option and he comes with no compensation to pay, not massive wages, won't demand a massive transfer kitty and will probably work with our backroom staff as all his guys are still at Donny as far as I can tell. Add to that he has Championship experience and is young enough that the board can say he's the man to build our future around. I would like Derek McInnes but I do think it'll be SOD.
