Guest BristolCityFC1 Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 So 2 weeks later, we've got rid of Millen - horaayyyy! and Wiggley has hinted he is going for an attacking game and going to be on the front foot....ABOUT BLOODY TIME! so the line up im going for is: ...............Gerken................... Carey....Nayatanga.....Wilson......McGarn (Man C bloke) JCR.............Elliot..............Adomah ................Kilkenny................. .......Maynard.........Pitman............ Thoughts? Oh score prediction = 2 - 0 City
ProjectMayhem Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 Genuinely excited about this one for the first time in a while... hope to see the boys fighting for their place with some good performances and a few goals!

Guest always hoping Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 All the best for today for you guys.. / Still no team news?
Roe Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 Completely random but I reckon.. James Spence Stewart Nyatanga McGivern Adomah Cisse Kilkenny Woolford Maynard Pitman
Brizzle Jordan Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 Completely random but I reckon.. James Spence Stewart Nyatanga McGivern Adomah Cisse Kilkenny Woolford Maynard Pitman I agree with that team totally, i put Carey over Spence but apparantley Carey has a knock.
BITW Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 James; Skuse, Stewart, Nyatanga, Spence; Kilkenny, Cisse, Elliott; Adomah, Maynard, Pitman Beanhead on twitter
SJC Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 #BristolCity v #pufc - James; Skuse, Stewart, Nyatanga, Spence; Kilkenny, Cisse, Elliott; Adomah, Maynard, Pitman. 4-3-3.
Brizzle Jordan Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 #BristolCity v #pufc - James; Skuse, Stewart, Nyatanga, Spence; Kilkenny, Cisse, Elliott; Adomah, Maynard, Pitman. 4-3-3. Delighted Cisse and Stewart are back in and i'm glad it's a 4-3-3 but Pitman on the left? Please..
Brizzle Jordan Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 Makes you wonder why Stewart and Cisse couldn't get a look in under Millen.. I think Cisse is a good player at this level and Stewart was a QPR fans favorite a few seasons back..
Fiale Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 We can't do/seem to play 4-3-3, really hope they prove me wrong but not confident. edited for Brizzle Jordan as below... as some things in life are just to hard, but for the rest we have mastercard.
Brizzle Jordan Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 We can't do seem to pay 4-3-3, really hope they prove me wrong but not confident. Got a translator?
Martyn Hocking Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 So Cisse and Stewart are rated good enough by England under 21 coach but weren't by Millen. Let's see who's right.
Garland-sweden Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 Happy with that given the circumstances New defence since Blackpool hope things gonna turn well Lets go for a win. COME ON YOU REDS!!!
Guest apathy Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 Pleased Ribs is at least on bench, but hes got to be disapionted hes not starting. Times running out for him. So much potential. Worried by that defence. James struggling for form. Spence playing out of position. Nyatanga playing ok but still part of defence thats been poor to say the least. Stewart first start of season. Skuse at right back out of position. Hopefully Cisse will play Makele (sp) role. Hope Stewart has good game. I know hes not the most technical of players (looks like hes playing with a 99p petrol station ball his first touch is terrible and always hits passes to hard) but he wins headers and when he tackles someone he goes right through them. Anyone else noticed how deep Pitman comes to get ball? I reckon Nicky could really benefit from doing this to start moves off, thoughts?
screech Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 If we keep a clean sheet today looking at that defence Wigley should get the job full time. Shocking.
Brizzle Jordan Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 Not bothered if we concede 3 aslong as we score 4. Good chance of 3 points today.
Brizzle Jordan Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 St Johnstone 1-0 after 12 minutes I get the impression reading St Johnstone match updates their two strikers (Sheridan & Sandaza) get alot of the ball and alot of shots off. Would work well with Pitman & Maynard?
Brizzle Jordan Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 Have we kicked off yet? Pretty un-eventful game. City on top.
ciderhead_sumpter Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 Sounds like we're doing well going forward! Honest!
Garland-sweden Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 Sounds like we're doing well going forward! Honest! Yes, COYR!!!
Dollymarie Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 4th official coming on as a sub. Eastend shouting who are ya?
Garland-sweden Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 Can we score? Yes, think we will score in the second half.
Brizzle Jordan Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 Peterborough yet to have a shot on target according to BBC.
BrizleCiderArmy Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 Lost count of how many saves their keeper has made.
BerkeleyBAred Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 Posh are a poor side, we should see them off. Albert looks dangerous
Mr Gow Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 Lost count of how many saves their keeper has made. All set for Posh win then
TRL Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 Big mental issues to sort out in our squad, let's see how they react. I'm not gonna slate them, they have looked okay so far. Soft underbelly hopefully won't show and we can get back into this.
BrizleCiderArmy Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 yep ere we go again Cant even say you jinxed it to be fair.
Brizzle Jordan Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 First goal was crucial with our confidence and us being a soft touch. Need a quick response, COYR!
Bcfc3660 Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 Same old city. Hat full of chances. Can't hit an elephants arse with a cricket bat. Other team get a chance and score.
clifford the dog Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 Who ever comes in got a lot to sort out
... Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 We can still blame Keith for this - Wiggers is his assistant.
Brizzle Jordan Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 How we havent scored i will never know.
CotswoldRed Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 Bunch of girls. Can't say I'm disappointed to be stuck at home today.
CotswoldRed Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 How we havent scored i will never know. Over-rated strikers goes some way to explaining.
screech Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 Well when you put a midfielder right back and a right back as left back and give a central defender his first game of the season in an already leaky defense you have to say the chances of keeping a clean sheet were practically zero. This side has lacked leadership on and off the pitch for so long, our best hope is the new manager will be able to organise very quickly, and bring in a few players that have a heart. We wil go down with this defence, no question.
... Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 yesssssssssssssssssssssss st johnson 2 up Mmm-mmm, go Del-boy!
Brizzle Jordan Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 10 Attempts on target, 11 Corners and we still cant score. TYPICAL!
