It may take a bit of luck to get results, but it's also going to require a hell of a lot of hard work on the training ground and in the transfer market.

No you are right it is not the reason we are performing so poorly ... However it would be nice to get a ref who watches the same game as 13.000 other people, and a assistant ref who knows the kin offside rule

hinsleburg Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 I wouldn't mind if the ref was bad for both teams but he missed absolutely everything a birmingham player did. The carr challenge on Stead was one of the most blatant penalties i've ever seen. And the linesman for that second goal. There was no city player in our half of the pitch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
westonred Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 Officials are not to blame for our current predicament. No quite right but they certainly have a major effect on results. Take the Reading Game if Adomahs perfectly good goal wasn't ruled offside we would have had a 3 goal lead and might just have held on to win from that position. Then with a win behind us we might just have grown in confidence and collected a few more wins along the way.. It must be effecting the players when No decisions go in our favour, a slice of luck is needed i have never known a season where so many things have gone the oppositions way
Drew Peacock Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 i have never known a season where so many things have gone the oppositions way Last time we got relegated from the Championship or whatever it was back then.
