the_real_city
He doesn't have a footballing brain. Very frustrating to watch personally. All skill but no product. Take Peter Whittingham who i'd argue is currently the best player in this division. He not only has skill but his end product is amazing and unfortunately we've discovered that in practise over the years.
TRL
Albert may have been marked out of the game. But you must ask the question, when we have 5 men in midfield and the opposition have 2 or 3 players marking him, we must have some spare players. We are playing well, but I don't think we are utilizing the space or extra free men we have when Albert pulls 2or 3 away. Get this right and we could really take off. formerly known as ivan
Don't get how anyone can say he doesn't have an end product! Just look at his goals and assists so far this season and also last. It's not great 100% of the time but if it was along with all his ability he would be playing for a top prem club. No winger is spot on with their final ball just look at walcott and lennon etc... And as for not being up to his usual standard last couple, its unfair to think he can win us every game on his own all the time. Think we need to enjoy having him while he is here
