II Wurzel II
I would of thought his loss of form last season might prevent any move this summer TBH but who knows ??
ron10bc
I still think they will be interested. I think a rough 6 mil for Albert and emnes 2 unproven prem players with wingers such as dyer Sinclair and routledge may be to much plus I think laudrup might look abroad
Super
Albert needs to prove he can do it in the championship on a regular basis before he can even start to think about playing in the prem. Swansea now they have Laudrup will have no interest now.
nickolas
See Swansea have put 3 million pound bid for marvin emnes does everyonethink this ends the potential interest in Albert? I think that ended when Rodgers went to the scousers. However, Emnes is a striker so positionally it should make no odds.

He's a striker by trade but also does play wide left as an inside forward.

Brislingwood Red
I don't reckon they wanted him in the first place.
bristolcitysweden
Boardroom talk cofirmed by City. On the "cheap" to Liverppol? Rodgers need to prove himself an obstacle though
Nogbad the Bad
Albert's proven in this division and has often been outstanding so PL interest is logical and no surprise at all. His suitors will have tracked him reasonably long term and will not be put off by a quieter 2nd half to last season - they will have seen the horrendous assault at Coventry, and take into account the effects carrying an injury was bound to have on his performances. Swansea may well still be interested, Laudrup wants to continue their style and evidently Albert is thought to be a good fit in that respect. Rodgers remains an admirer, and no doubt there are plenty of other PL clubs who are well aware of his ability and potential who will be taking more than a passing interest in his future. Phil78
Albert in the prem. behave... needs to fully prove himself in this division first, rather than be just be the bright spark in a struggling team.
