Food Vouchers

I think the letter said these would be emailed out on 15th August.

I'm a bit disappointed they are money off vouchers - I thought it would be money to spend on food.

It will likely be a pound off a burger for a particular game even though they've probably gone up a pound on last season. I know I don't have to pay it but it was an advertised incentive for season ticket.

It would be nice if it was actually

"1X Free pie"

"1X Free Hot Drink"

Etc,

It wont be though, expect it will be, spend £300 and get £1 back.

That is pretty awful of that is the case. Let's not forget these were inducements to renew early whilst league status was in the balance, and it wasn't marketed as such - it was a £25 voucher to spend I'm sure.

Bit dissapointed with the so called "bonus's" for getting my season ticket early.

For example, before the end of last season it just stated that we get so many months free on bcfcplayer only for the letter to come through the other week and get told u get so many months free when you register.

Not all of us have the money to register, why not just give us certain highlights for free??

No....it was £25 worth of vouchers that was advertised. Very obvious really that it wasn't going to be £25 credit for food. Only ever going to be money off vouchers.

I'd be amazed if anyone bought a season ticket on the basis of this anyway though!

Exactly!

But, be fair. The pre season has gone well, we have made a few encouraging signings, Morris has let a few people down by not being an over the hill, sub standard, spl has been and the players are looking fit and up for it.

People need to have something to moan about!

The only item that would possibly be of interest to me from the season package is the free ticket for some selected matches. I raised a query on this with my "dedicated customer manager ", another much trumpeted additonal service. He could not answer my query but informed he would get back to me probably in 10 minutes. That was over two weeks ago and I am still waiting.

Trust our back four have not been groomed to match the package offer and can respond a bit quicker!

Redysteadygo - the season ticket bring a friend games are highlighted on the letter that accompanied the new season tickets. The choices of games are Hull on 27th Oct, Charlton on 11th Nov, Derby on 15th Dec or Middlesbrough on 9th March

Yes, I knew this and it was not the query I made.

The query was as follows; Over the past few seasons I have been unable to find a taker of my season ticket when I have gone away on holiday ( OK, I know I should not transfer my ticket ) due the dross being served up. So, as one of the selected games for free tickets is against Charlton Ath I have a cockney friend who lives locally and supports said team so thought I might entice him to the game in an effort to get him to come along on a more regular basis. I know away supporters are not allowed in the home ends e.g. Leeds last season disturbances, so made an enquiry as to whether the free ticket could be used for the away end.

I guessed this had not been thought of and did not expect an immediate answer as I suspected whoever dreamed up this benefit would have to be consulted. But I didn't think I would be still waiting for a response after two weeks.

I will not shame the " dedicated manager " by naming him.
