internetjef
Being as we are chasing Wednesday and Ipswich on 32 points for safety, Ive just realised the teams listed in title are only a point or two ahead of them. Well done SOD and team for bringing us in range of the pack above. Appreciate a few bad results could change this but still great to see us closer. We also have to play all 4 of the teams in title before end of season, 3 of which are home games!!!
internetjef
Indeed People may be frustrated that the teams around us are picking up points and stopping us from climbing up, but just shows that perhaps it could bring a few others into the picture
internetjef
Hudd'field dont have a great looking next 4 games either
formerly known as ivan
We still have to play most of them at home as well. Amazing how things look so different when you have 6 more points on the board.
Roger Red Hat
The form table is quite surprising with both Barnsley and Peterborough above us. But quite a number are having a mare at the moment ; http://stats.football365.com/dom/ENG/D1/oform.html Huddersfield look like they're the ones to slide.. Interesting how Millwall are doing now they dont have Chris Wood.
Alex_BCFC
Just keep picking up points and others will be dragged in...
mightyreds89
I think we could see Brum slip too as strong rumours 3-4 of their better players maybe off before deadline to help with their admin worries.
pongo88
Sheffield Wednesday and Peterborough’s form looks a bit worrying. Huddersfield and Wolves are slipping but they are improving. The next few weeks could be interesting
fgrsimon
A win for City and Barnsley at the weekend and Blackburn and Blackpool could both be dragged in....

Loderingo
Agree it brings more teams into the mix. Wolves no win in 6 and none in 3 under their new manager. Hudds no win in 10 but looking for a new manager. Brum financial problems. Think Bolton will be OK. The other 2 worth keeping an eye on are Blackpool and Blackburn. Both clubs are 9 points ahead but have had turbulent seasons. Seem the sort of clubs that could potentially go on a prolonged bad run. Obviously we can close the gap on Blackburn this weekend. OldlandReddies
dont matter about the form of others, its ours if we can hit 50 points wele be there!!!! Spot on. Forget the rest. Just worry about our own form, get 22 points from the next 51 and we'll be fine. Win all our remaining home will do it !
ciderup
dont matter about the form of others, its ours if we can hit 50 points wele be there!!!! This! Let's do our bit and balls to the rest. 50 points was a pipe dream a few short weeks ago, now it's reachable. Let's concentrate on our team and see where it takes us. 2 weeks ago we were down, now we have a chance to survive. Together, we can do this! Red-Robbo
It's what I keep saying: We can't stop Barnsley or Peterborough from winning, but for every team that wins, there is a team that loses and sure as eggs, some are going to drop into the mire. Just one more win and we're snapping at the heels of quite a few clubs.
Fiale
April has us playing the below - I would like for us to be clear by then, but have a suspicion that these games will be huge 6 pointers trying to stamp each other in the mud whilst grabbing the feet of the next man to pull them into the pit. 01APR 2013 Sheff Wednpower Championship K.O. 15:00 H Tickets SAT06APR 2013 Burnleynpower Championship K.O. 15:00 A Tickets SAT13APR 2013 Boltonnpower Championship K.O. 15:00 H Tickets TUE16APR 2013 Birminghamnpower Championship K.O. 19:45 H Tickets SAT20APR 2013 Hull Citynpower Championship K.O. 15:00 A Tickets SAT27APR 2013 Huddersfieldnpower Championship K.O. 15:00 H Tickets MAY
Monkeh
Lets not get carried away yet we are still 4 points a drift at the moment we need to focus on that before we worry about the clubs above us
Danny P
Lets not get carried away yet we are still 4 points a drift at the moment we need to focus on that before we worry about the clubs above usWhy not get carried away? Nothing wrong with a bit of positivity is there? Surely negativity from fans can only have a negative outcome?! We have a new manager who doesn't make mind boggling changes to the team, we have won 2 in a row and we've finally got a clean sheet. Lots of reasons to get carried away, WE CAN DO THIS!!!! Admin Ian M Posted January 30, 2013 Admin Report Share Posted January 30, 2013 Before last night we were 7 points behind 21st which sounds dire. Now we are just 6 points behind 16th which to me sounds encouraging.
semblar
Definately not the time to get carried away - but we have only 2 less points now than we did after 29 games last season - and only 4 less than the season before, when we finished in 15th. The last two matches have made a HUGE difference to our prospects, albeit with a lot of hard work to come
