Every year we are normally able to download a team photo screensaver for my laptop. This year, there is no facility to save as screensaver.

I selected a 2013 team photo from BCFC pics and right clicked and saved as screensaver, however although it saved, the quality of photo was very blurred and not good.

So my little feathered friends I am looking to rectify this, can anyone help please.

thanks in advance

Depends on the resolution of the image and the resolution of your screen.. whether it be a desktop, laptop mobile of whatever...

make sure the pic is at least as big as the screen you are trying to display it on.

OK - if you're talking about the main pic on that page, it is only 450x251 pixels. This is smaller than an iphone screen, so if you're looking to put it on a desktop or laptop, forget it. It won't even look much good on a mobile screen.

To be honest, this is only to be expected. You are looking at the BCFC official pictures site, and they're not about to give you a hi-res pic of the latest team photo when they are trying to sell the things on that site!

In other words, they will only sell you a print and, as far as I can see, there is no facility to get an electronic version to use as a screen saver.

However, all is not lost - a quick search of the internet has produced a suitably-sized picture which should do you for any computer/mobile.

It's located here:

http://news168.co.uk/index/bristol-city-rubber-stamp-deal-for-tyre-fitter

Right-click and save the image to your computer then you can use it as a screensaver. It is a very hi-res image, being 4791x2829 pixels in size - the only drawback is that it is a shot for a sponsor, and has the sponsor's people in it. BUT - it's the only one you're likely to get for free!

A big hats off to you Sir, thank you very much as that is perfect for my screensaver.

I can now get rid of Mr Guinness and put that Team behind us once and for all.
