Rovers Tickets Yet To Arrive

Louis

Recommended Posts

Ordered my tickets on the 22/08/13 and they still haven't arrived. Tried checking the "your bookings" option in the website but I am presented with a "server error".

Going to have to call them first thing in the morning. Any ideas? Getting worried now

Take your booking reference number (Email confirmation) to the ticket office, and they will sort it out for you. I'd advise heading down earlier though.

Also worth checking at Collections and seeing if they have it there, thats what happened with my ST and I know a few others have had this problem.

Also worth double checking what DM said above me. :)

Did you definitely tick the postage box? Can you log back in and see if there is an option to print them at home, as I'm fairly certain it defaults to that

Ok I feel stupid now. Yeah the e ticket option works thank god. Will print them off in work!

Thanks :)

You aren't stupid. You click pay for delivery but for some reason it doesn't save that selection when you pay. Same thing happened to me for Palace game, was waiting ages for them to arrive. They were never coming.

Spot on, I had the same happen a few times now at least today I had a quick response and apology (Thanks Ollie) .

If youve paid for postage youd expect it and in my case there was a reason for me requesting posting, eticketing is ok if you have a printer. Still dont get why I have to phone to get a refund for the postage especially as its such a small amount. Mind you if a few thousand order online and pay for postage but dont try for a refund when the tickets are "lost" it amounts to a tidy sum for the club
