Me and my son both have Forever Bristol member cards and they are both registered to my email address, but I have only received one email with one customer reference number? If so, the numbers should be sequential therefore try increasing the last digit of your reference by 1. I had the same issue and it worked for me. He must be registered on the City ticket site and when I gave them his name ( when I registered the FBM) they must have linked his name to his email account.
