Starting eleven tomorrow ?

That's only 2!

He did question whether we will start with eleven tomorrow.

I can't imagine anything other than the same starting eleven as last week.  People who want Agard for Wilbs obviously don't see the whole game that Wilbs brings to the pitch.

I would, in most games , want Agard to start ahead of Wilbs. This game however I think they will be a  little cautious like they were at their place last year. So Wilbs to start, I'd give Reid a go from the off and the rest there aren't many options really.

Hope Reid gets a chance in midfield if Korey remains unavailable.

Last week away from home against a direct side there was a logic to playing a defensive player in midfield, tomorrow against a side that pass the ball much more there is less need for this.

If Bryan returns to LWB as a result that means it would be between Williams and Baker for the final place.

What part of Wilbs game am I missing then?

I agree, perfect team to give Bobby a start against due to their playing style.

A lot of people said we looked more defensively sound with Williams at LWB. Surely Bryan isn't undroppable? He's been rather poor since his injury, which is a shame as he looked fantastic in the first 20 mins against Brentford.

The comment annoyed me too. As if the rest of us are all so stupid. Maybe we can all see what Wilbs brings but still think Agard might give us something different and/or better.

Exactly. There is no guarantee Agard would be better. It's wanting to see if we have a better option at a position where it's been a little underwhelming. Wilbs puts in a shift, offers a target on both ends for set pieces and probably has more experience then the rest of the lads combined.

Even if Agard doesn't start, I'd like to start seeing him on earlier, especially when it's clear we need a spark. Reading is a great example. Agard on at 55 minutes may have made more of a difference. He made a slight difference in his short time that day and could've been more with more time. Also, with Agard starting, you could bring Wilbs on with his experience, heart and motor on at the end to help us see through points of we are ahead. Or offer a target of we are down.

I think the biggest frustration for most of us is the unknown. Agard has looked sharp in the limited chances. We just don't know how good or how ineffective we would be with a front of Agard and Kodjia. Do know we wouldn't lose work rate though and we would gain pace and those should help over 90 minutes.

I think he's been poor because ever since that happened he's never been 100 percent since due to the threadbare situation of our squad.

I think that it's just because Bryan was consistently amazing last season. But I think he has been poor so far, Boro away Brentford first at home he was sensational. I think he needs to chill out for the first 20 minutes and try to come into the game late on. Normally it's the opposite.
