Portland Bill
Just drove through Bridgwater at 7.15 am, saw a fellow City fan standing in the rain in his City shirt waiting for his lift to Barnsley. Well done sir, I salute you

Offside
I'm quite jealous of those City fans making the trip today. Before having kids I used to go to away games regularly and loved visiting different grounds, whereas now I only get to see City away once or twice each season. Barnsley was always a good day out - decent ground and nice pies. I don't think we've won there for a while so it would be good to get 3 points today. His lift was probably behind me, and I only saw him as I drove past. Plus I was in a rush. In my defence, he was holding a coat! But obviously wanted to show his shirt off. Same here Offside - Used to do much the same before family. Recall Barnsley away, horizontal driving rain, open terrace, 2-0 down and down to 10 men after 25 mins but still look back on it with fond memories
