I said the same to my son at half time, really impressed with the work ethic of your team and your fans were tremendous in supporting your team rather than barracking us

Bet they sat up all night thinking of that name for the place....:P

Not sure your pal has got the name right there - unless it was the Newcastle Arms which is CAMRA rated and a great place to go

Good to hear! One of the main things that has dissapointed many fans this season has been a lack of energy, pressing and organisation. Maybe the stick they got on Wed for their abject performance against Fulham (which was the opposite of what you're saying about today) woke them up a bit.

Hopefully they can replicate it in the upcoming games!

Good morning fellow reds

Just this minute walking along the waterfront by the bridges looking at the sage. What at a magnificent place this is. Long drive home but what a weekend. Seen a few lads with city shirts on this morning. To all city fans heading home today have a safe trip home. On to villa.

For all it's reputation as a party town, I think people miss out on what a beautiful place Newcastle is. I always enjoy a walk around there 'the morning after'.
