The Nest Egg
http://www.bcfc.co.uk/news/article/2016-17/gordano-school-triumph-at-wembley-3655438.aspx Well done to all of the girls for representing our club so well. Been following little clips of the tournament as the EFL have been promoting it on their facebook page, and they made it all the way to Wembley to win the EFL Sport+Kinder Girls Cup with a 2-0 victory over Shrewsbury! The fact that all 72 EFL clubs entered a team into the competition should demonstrate to you the magnitude of their achievement- the only City team this year to be deserving of that silly #MakingBristolProud hashtag on the kit! NYTRAM
They've been down a few times since progressing. At least a couple of Season Ticket holders and part of the Portishead Town Juniors that do the community day once a season. There's some good players there and some also in the 2nd team beaten narrowly by their team mates in the qf of the first qualifier. They also got to qf of 9 a side this year and lost in the final last year. PTJFC is an expanding club. Especially in the girls section.
